auton hitsailua, oonpas sankari.

auton takavasen rengaskaari oli mätä ulkopinnan pokkauksesta. rälläköity nyt vanha pois ja hitsattu uutta tilalle. massat sisällä ja lisää mätetään porvoon mitalla. sit pinnan pohjamaalaus, hionta, paklaus, hionta, maalaus ja sillee. kesällä katsastukseen murheitta. noei, 3/4 osaa vielä tekemättä. yks reikä kontissa ja etukaari vaihdettava. onneks sen löytää parhaalta osatoimittajalta, eli romuttamolta! :P

my car was rotten to the core... atleast from the left rear wheelcover. anglegrinder and precision working later, welded a new part as replacemet. rust-prevention/sound-absorving mass added to inside and more will be pored in by the gallons. then basecoating, sanding, filler, 2nd sanding, paint, and so on. to the yearly inspection at summer, without a worry in my mind. well, not quite... still 3/4 places to cover on those tasks. a hole in the trunk, and a frontcover of the tire later....i'll be ready. luckily i will get a replacement from my local supplier, the junkyards! :P
